Is there a way of knowing if there will be another IFB issued before end of 2017?

You check where the 5 year bond is trading at....yield curve...implied yields for Friday. But then if its a small amount you just bid at average the difference in basis points from the cutoff is a negligible fig most times... Thanks @All...Results for the 5 year auction (2/2017/5) possunt quia posse videntur

The current and future environment wont listen to him.... Agreed. A substantial uptick in rates is way overdue. Cbk has been playing rope-a-dope long enough, about time the market tests his bluff on the yield curve especially now in a tight liquidity environment. The main purpose of the stock market is to make fools of as many people as possible.
