Why is Africa poor in general compared to the West?

I have come to the conclusion, Africans have a lower IQ. First, Africans are never on time,whether they live in Africa or outside Africa and secondly try working with an African on any project. The results are poor. The Motivation is low. Africans cant think beyond today. There is a blockage in our thinking system.

Perhaps you should paraphrase your statement as below. I have come to the conclusion, I have a lower IQ as an African. First,I am never on time,whether in Africa or outside Africa and secondly if I try working with a fellow African on any project,the results are poor. The Motivation is low. I cant think beyond today.
