There is no scam here. It is perfectly legit and like any other business. No gun is being held to anyones head to participate. I know people who have won. The odds of winning are not good though. This is how these guys make their money. They say, announce they will give 1 million in prizes every month. 100,000 Kenyans send an SMS, costing 50 bob each, translating to 5 million in revenue. If a hundred people will share the 1 million in prize money, this represents around 0.1 percent 'success rate'. Thus you might never hear of a winner. Hata tukitoa an extra 2 million in 'expenses', thats a cool 2 million in profit. It is that easy. Profit is practically guaranteed. You should be thinking of starting your own lottery, instead of bashing the entrepreneurs who saw opportunity
