The billing is done on the SIM card and not from the browsing device, so it doesn't matter what u use to access the internet with.

There is no merit there, i remember once having to go to Zain on Mombasa road to get a Zap payment, well it's now available at pesapoint, but who on earth would want to go for such a cumbersome process. Get your SMS, go hunting for a pesapoint near you(hoping it is not out of cash), if you live in say Meru, it means taking a matatu to Nairobi to locate a pesapoint? what merit?

much know it seems you dont know anything. Every post office is a zap outlet in kenya. Why do i need to go to nairobi?

my guy i have a post office box, that is where i pay kplc bills every month! Just accept u didnt know and stop the attitude my guy.
