And saving money is your intention, isn't it? Since 80% are on safcom, I see you using your green card a lot more than the red.

on the war front and out manoeuvering each other.. i think Safaricon wins hands down..
Im all for Safaricom,Their team is made of schemers.. Arina has been packaging and selling us undervalued goods for years, and we still joined in hoards.. safaricom made some money for the few days with crossover calls.. today they have decided to curb the outflow with this kubamba fiasco... Lets see if Bharti will sustain the salvo which makes no business sense at all, i dont think they can sustain it especially if safaricom decides to fight back..they are sitting on some billion in reserves.
Its wait and see from the SufferiCon side of life for me.. If bharti wins.. ill clap bow pick my belongings and ask walionitangulia wanisongee nikae

after a long wait for safaricom to lower their charges, they finally did...and with that gave retribution to our weary pockets and redemption from the slavery. If only Bharti would lower their price again to 1 bob, we would start making calls at 80cts on saf.

Kenyans are jazzing me completely.... Yaani guys are willing to remain "loyal" to a company that is fleecing them... I mean safcoms offer is lasting only 1MONTH and an sms remains more expensive than a call... And you still remain loyal ati because "safcom is kenyan"... Safcom shot itself in the foot by listing because now it has to maintain and grow shareholder value so it can't participate in these wars.... So all zain has to do is sit tight and wait.... For safcom shareholders... CCK reduced their interconnect rates by 47% while safcom has slashed its rates by 63%.... Now if my math works right there would be no net effect on safcom's revenue if they had also reduced by 47% but the loss of market share coupled with reduced margins.... Do you really see any increase in profits or dividends coming to you??? Mark 12:29 Deuteronomy 4:16

@tebes it doesn't really matter.. If they decide to hike their rates after the 1month then they lose more market share... Either way safcom loses Mark 12:29 Deuteronomy 4:16

Safaricom is my choice day and night, in rain or sunshine. The success of any service provider wolrdwide is measured by the products and services they offer. Zain is enganging in a won battle. They have lost severally and this time is not an exception. A technical knock out is what they are asking for... Watch this space!!!

By the way, what are the safaricom non-diehards doing in this post???????????????????? Zain has changed names three times, strategy a million times, it did not work. What makes you think it is different this time round? GO SAFCOM GO.....
