@Mukiha and VVS, you're right. Most people (employees) never look at the other side of the coin.
@Mukiha, that is the use of a simile:a figure of speech that expresses a resemblance between things of different kinds.
Dude if you don't use similes you must be boring. I'm sure when you're talking with people they are always looking at their watch, fiddling with their phones or something.
