"Unless it secures a debt write-off, debt rescheduling, or similar deal to reduce the debt burden, Kenya will almost certainly end in debt default"

In the final analysis, it all boils down to sheer plain old hard work and dogged persistence. Nothing more, nothing less!!

I feel sorry for anyone that paid any attention to this amorphous fella. If you did you have missed out on more 30% nse gains in the months since he made his predictions.

Kula patience bulathees, mambo bado tu saaana. You aint seen nuthin' yet! A temporary rally means zero. Watch the US bubble pop this year. Then the subsequent ripple effect worldwide. Kenya's inevitable default will track these happenings. I'm never wrong long term. Ask my good buddy VVS. He knows this well well mpaka standard response sasa ni all matters DC related because he can seldom challenge me.on the FACTS Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly

Pole sana. I had difficulty hearing you over the ka-ching my dividends were making. Lakini, I have about a 3 month break (15 Jan - 15 April) after which I expect the record dividends to start raining Applause

On matters DC, it was you who kept on telling us about the wonders of dusty DC. Laughing out loudly

Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

Dear Ndugu @MaichBlack.,

As you count your dividends and Capital Gains, please be kind and give a thought to @amorphous who is suffering in silence.

The hot, dry and dusty weather in DC, coupled with Januarisis affecting tenants and spreading to Landlords, can make a man go mad just as someone marooned in the Sahara at 1pm without water or shade..

So please look for @amorphous and offer him a cold beer instead of reminding him of things he said in the heat of December.

Or after the no-visa policy is applicable for all African countries except Somalia and Libya, @amorphous can visit us, from DC, without the need for a visa. Please treat him as one of us and not an unwanted refugee. Pray
