I don't invest in loss making companies so I would pass this one. You don't need to be a genius to know some things.

Majority of the debt is owed to NIC Bank.
NIC Bank owner and association is who?
That is the puzzle

What is the puzzle? NIC ownership is public information. Including as part of the merger discussions. There is nothing unclean about a heavily indebted company being taken over by its lenders, whether directly or by proxy (i.e. administrators). KQ is significantly owned by its prior lenders and guarantors, and this will always be the case. Shareholders are placed at the back of the line when a business fails, even behind suppliers and employees.

What a Sad ending to the Giant of Fashion....I used to time their Expensive, Beatiful Clothes whenever they were ON SALE. A nice jacket could go for 15K and the same would be sold away at 1K during clearance. They sold more units on SALE than on arms length commercial transaction. Death of Nakumatt quickened their demise. Sleep Faithful Heart, your hard day's work is Gone, Sleep Happy Soul, for all must sleep at once
RIP
