NIC ownership is public information. Including as part of the merger discussions. There is nothing unclean about a heavily indebted company being taken over by its lenders, whether directly or by proxy (i.e. administrators). KQ is significantly owned by its prior lenders and guarantors, and this will always be the case. Shareholders are placed at the back of the line when a business fails, even behind suppliers and employees.

What a Sad ending to the Giant of Fashion....I used to time their Expensive, Beatiful Clothes whenever they were ON SALE.
