It's croaked a third time  but at least you can buy airtime and check balance. Dear Customer,M-PESA is currently undergoing Systems Upgrade. Withdrawals and Deposits are unavailable.These will resume at 03:30 AM on Tue,11th Dec 2018.

Could it be a hacker in the system? The three previous breakdowns seem to have caught Safcom by surprise... Especially the one of Saturday evening. I Think Therefore I Am
