Of the 209 members fifa has,only 54 members from europe and USA are making the noise.these are countries with well developed countries and clubs ran like 2nd world countries.the only thing they need from fifa is the chance to host the world cup to further develop their economies and when they lose out to countries like SA and Qatar to the fact they refuse to play the game due to their morality and high standards they become pissy.
