I take leafy to mean full of trees. I disagree that this has anything to do with the relative wealth of the neighborhood. I've lived in poor neighborhoods that had many tree-lined streets. I've seen many expensive housing developments built after bulldozers had knocked down all the trees, and all that was green was new foundation plantings in front of pretentious homes.

In order for a neighborhood to be truly "leafy", it must have numerous large, older, well-established trees, and there is the suggestion of well-grown gardens by the houses. While it is not a requirement that the neighborhood be well-off, it is not uncommon for neighborhoods with such an appearance to be well-off, because such neighborhoods are pleasant, and pleasant neighborhoods are highly desirable.

"I am clean, hardworking {I play hard too, lol},I am outgoing, fun and mature. If it matters, I am a young male urban professional absolutely stunning, out most of the time, and healthy"

dude! you started well until you spewed the above garbage; if you're looking to sublet your so called mansion, who cares to know your qualities!!!! i'm a psychologist and i'll tell you what you are: a weird lousy pervert; that's why u insist on females or couples so that u can peep into their night escapades.

Hey, I feel like I need someone to use my house with me. It is located in leafy suburbs, 24 hour security, clean compound and quiet neighborhood. I prefer mature people as I hate drama. I am willing to sublet it temporary or long term. For foreigners/Locals on short or long visits in Nairobi are clearly welcome. I live in a 3 bedroom mansion in BuruBuru and want to share the cost of rent. i have all the house furniture so all you need is your monthly rent plus deposit FOR NEXT MONTH. I live alone and that’s why I need a roommate. My gf lives nearby. I am clean, hardworking {I play hard too, lol},I am outgoing, fun and mature. If it matters, I am a young male urban professional absolutely stunning, out most of the time, and healthy. I am open to suggestions, whether temporary or permanent or for the men who love to be discreet with their gf,i can HOST. Gender I prefer female.

Mboss.. why dont you just say you are h$%#ny? You might need to bring this to where you might get "help" or "advice"...huko club

You need to see how green the real green leafy suburbs are. Some of them have natural springs flowing by the roadsides. Not the sewerage springs in Buru.

Delusional! Brick wall Full of contradictions as well. His would be an interesting ad.

Honest fraudster. Living in leafless leafy suburb. Seeks a female roommate. Faithful to gf who lives nearby, willing to host cheating parties.

I wonder what this "gf" thinks of another fish living across the corridor?

The crowd will cheer your coronation as well as your beheading. People like a show, that's all.
