For people who are familiar with political intrigues and land, the grabbings and counter-grabbings of 1991-1996 would provide material for a 10,000 page novel, leading to multiple titles, excised forests, court cases, murders, sentencing and imprisonment of relatives of then land commissioner among others.

No one will ever know the "real truth" in this case.
