Listing window closing as market winter period looks poised to make a comeback.

Those that wish to list now had better price at discounts or fair value to avoid heavy sells off.

If I was in their shoes I'd keep off till the winter threat clears.
$15/barrel oil... The commodities lehman moment arrives as well as Sovereign debt volcano!

St Paul’s, a UK-based property company, has appointed Vincent Rague as director ahead of its listing on the Nairobi Securities Exchange (NSE).
Mr Rague is a co-founder of private equity firm Catalyst Principal Partners and has experience in investments and development finance.
