We should thank binti for carrying herself with utmost dignity despite all the provocation, abuses and humiliation that she has been subjected to. I know that she will get an architect who will guide and work with her through the construction.

@jaggernaut, sure. lets help @binti to source architects. @buildesign and @davidchola are good starting points. both are young and energetic enough to assist her.

Nope he won't mind at all. Even though he was involved in the design of the Parliament of Kenya and Tanzania, he's still cool enough with the vinyangarikas of wazua.

1.Binti was not hiring you,S/he was doing due diligence(which a serious investor has to do by the way)
2.Considering that its only people in a certain industry who understand the industry and putting into consideration your response below

Quote:
its not so much as to do with size but the seriousness and ability to comprehend how construction industry works that matters

I can conclude that your clients are your fellow architects, masons and foremen.

BTW i don't think doctors, mechanics etc bother checking whether your understand their profession
3.You should also know that there are people behind the corporates who live in residential houses

But just wondering what made you think that @Binti was joking(you said she was not a serious developer)

1. I thought "Kuuliza si ujinga?". Since when did asking become dumb/not-serious?

You guys ought to cut a4architect some slack. A4architect, just avoid commenting before it degenerates further than it already has. Binti, how about you consult the numerous recommendations you received from the other wazuans as they were busy skinning a4architect.

A4 can't contract the world. Wazua is not the place for due diligence, that in itself shows naivety.

A4 has his niche and is fully entitled to serve who he wants.

Welcome to the 21st century. Vetting is done anywhere and everywhere.

For years you run a thread on wazua to show how good you are at a particular topic. I can even hazard to guess that some of his clients came straight after reading his thread on wazua "the gossip forum". I wonder what they feel now when they know they are no longer of his class?

Then when someone wants to find out exactly how good you are, you go ballistic and call them poor to boot. Not of your standards.

Pole, the naive one here is the guy from ADD. Someone thought that being a professional means getting a piece of paper from a college. It's actually treating others with respect especially when you can help them and don't have to.

My surprise is that he's even posting more bollocks after stating very clearly that he's too big for this place.

Logic escapes me as to why someone continues to post more on this thread. Then it occurred to me that the issue was the topic title.

Credibility

I think the fear of someone actually stating how credible or otherwise someone is made someone go ballistic. It reminds me of when I was a kid and a girl refused me. To avoid any negative stories about me, I would go around telling everyone that I actually didn't like the girl.

This is the only logical explanation I can get from this thread.

The question was harmless and part and parcel of what people do on wazua. Which is due diligence. The answer was simply abusive and arrogant.

The good thing is that now its online for future clients who want to vet the parties forever. Such a shame really. One moment of arrogance caught in the "internets" for eternity.

Quote:
Didn't I raise my voice
High enough for you
I was running like a fugitive all the time
Risking rejection from my own people yeah
Now that you got what you wanted
You don't even know my name
It's so funny, we don't talk anymore
Be good to the people on your
Way up the ladder
Cause you'll need them on your way down

[Chorus:]
That's the way it is

Didn't I raise fists high enough for you
I guess I can't pat myself on the shoulder
For a job well done
Dodging bullets in the streets
I was there
Risking rejection from my own people yeah
Now that you got what you wanted
You don't even know my name
Remember
Be good to the people on your way
Up the ladder 'cause you'll need
Them on your way down

[Chorus:]
That's the way it is
If Obiero did it, Who Am I?
