Go now and give your Zakat, to the poor person or ripple you've identified. Change the life of that person such that next year he or she can change someone else.
We've been commanders by Allah to do this before Idd prayers at 9am!
"Oh Allah thank you for enabling us fast for the last 29 days of this blessed month of Ramadan, which has now ended, please help me to remain steadfast in your Deen. Grant me the knowledge of Deen. Oh Allah, you are truly merciful, please forgive me. Choose for me, what is best. Oh Allah help me to succeed in this life and the hereafter. Oh Allah, I have been ungrateful, unjust, dishonest; please forgive me. Oh Allah, I don't know if i'll be alive next Ramadan, please forgive me. Grant me a place in paradise. Save me from hell fire. Oh Allah, include me in the people who will be put in heaven without accountibility. Oh Allah, help me to spread your Deen in the best of ways. Oh Allah please let us not be among the backbitters. Oh Allah forgive us if we have been among the arogant. Oh Allah forgive me. Grant them success. Verily you are most forgiving, most merciful."
