Check on the price of the car on the CRSP list here:

http://www.kra.go.ke/notices/New_CRSP_List-09.xls

Then use this sheet to calculate duty:

Since the CRSP list is from Dec 2009 - should be reasonable close to the actual figure.

@JkMwatha - Someone just pointed it to me not too long ago - but apparently it is usually somewhere their website - only that the KRA website is not always easily navigable.
