[quote=sparkly]Out of curiosity (driven by personal "tribulations")I trolled the net and came across this:
In the last eightteen months my wife and have gotten married, gotten pregnant, bought a house, and had our child. My baby is now two months old and my wife is already talking about how she wants more children, she wants to switch shifts at work, how she wants a bigger house. Basically she always wants more.
We had a conversation where I pleaded with her to relax and enjoy what we have for a little while but she is always sulk
ing around the house like she is completely unhappy and complaining about everything she can. I don't know what to do anymore because I feel like she is no longer satisfied with me or our marriage because I want some time to relax before we jump into something new.
Any advice? Then I searched further and I came across some explanations -
WHY WOMEN ARE NEVER HAPPY To the great men of Wazua - Have you found a satisfied woman?

About the man who wants to relax and enjoy, there is a risk of being too comfortable once he starts the relaxation and being overtaken by events. If on the other hand he listens to the yf(assuming that she communicates in a good way) and puts some flesh into the yf's bigger picture he can be able to keep the pace of the ever changing times and demands. If he can talk to her lyk, Mama Boy, Boy is only 2 months old and he needs to breastfeed at least till he is two yrs, we need abit of time before making for him a sibling, etcetc, then about the house he talks stuff lyk, our current income is ABC and after expenses, we are able to save XYZ, if we could therefore have a goal of saving so much in P months/yrs we can be able to move into our bigger house blahblah blah, this way, maybe the wife would relax abit and they would have some middle ground.
About finding a satisfied woman, "I live a day at a time.(If she is satisfied today we celebrate if not we deal with it accordingly.) " E.g After Madume had had enuff of the wife's complains about the leaking roof, he made sure that the yf came across half a dozen bamboo canes in the house and that was when she forgot the issue of the leaking roof.-As per Elechi Amadi's the Concubine.
