Forget the laptops, Uhuruto. Forget even the railway. Hata LAPSET sitaki. Just clean up the police service, sort out the mess that is our public transport industry and reign in traffic indiscipline in general. Hiyo tu. Then you can go the Bahamas and come back for my vote in 2017. Nitawapa.

Since the guys are not interested in transporting passengers, let the matatus get off the road. Secondly,truth be told, most of these matatus are junks. Sasa ukweli ukisemwa it is elitist???
