If you can get a kenwood ironbox am sure you'd note some difference but ironboxes don't consume since you only iron for 10 min like the way you use your instant hot shower. A friend confirms to me that their apartment block in Langata with pre-paid metres is experiencing a situation where they are getting half the previous value for units consumed. The consumption is the same whilst the KPLC technician 'confirmed' there is nothing wrong with their meters. How is it that the cost of electricity is twice the amount in some areas as compared to others? I've reported this to KPLC but I am yet to receive feedback.
