Not so true. Here in this city where i live,my mates in the office have lost about 4 kilos each.I have not seen any of them add any weight during this month of fasting.
Hassan has been sick and before that,he was fasting. And btw,if he manages to keep off the weight,he would look better and healthier,no?

Well,i am telling you what i have seen,unfolding right before my eyes.

@famooz some people just talk. Only if you don't know what fasting is will you say fasting has
no effect on person.
As for Hassan, I can only say that people behave differently when stressed.
Some will induldge more in food, that's why they increase weight. Some will have no appetite, and of course you don't need to be told what happens. They loose weight.
And we never know what he is going through.
We had fating in the month of Ramadhan.
I've lost 2kg myself. And I plan to maintain that because I think I'm overweight, inshallah.
