If I get Raila right, we need to change the constitution*, change the voters**, 'reform' the judiciary*** and reconstitute the IEBC**** to see if can get power!!! And if he doesn't, we do it all over again!

*After losing the election, while giving a talk in the [US?] he said that the presidential system might not be the best system for Kenya at the moment. Never mind he was supporting the new constitution/and the system from the rooftops when he thought he's gonna win.

**In the same talk mentioned above, he said Kenyan voters cannot be trusted to vote for the right Raila, sorry candidate. Hence his suggestion that we change to parliamentary system. Don't ask me how we can be trusted to elect the right mps.

***Several comments after the Supreme Court case.

****His latest comments.

This is a very good move. I would encourage Raila, and CORD at large, to move with speed and effect this "decision."

RAO never learns this statement reminds me of the now infamous"kibaki tosha" that marked the begining of the end of his political life. What political scenarios would have played out had uhuru won in 2002 .The most obvious one kibaki would never had become president also the rise of ruto would probably have been curtailed meaning among SKM MDVD and RAO one of them would be the current president...

He condemns Issak Hassan, he condemned Kivuitu then. See this rink -http://www.nation.co.ke/News/politics/-/1064/519712/-/yhdir3z/-/index.html

Why should we believe him really? I honestly hope some young and forward looking youth in CORD will deliver the party. We do need some vibrant opposition.

By the way in this article, he says a looot...

Then this http://www.nation.co.ke/...8/-/tkxwlk/-/index.html

Then when Kivuitu died, he said this!!

....above all, to stand.

Does the new constitution state that for an election to be valid there must be a party/coalition called CORD participating?

And someone has to deal with this once and for all. We have wasted billions of shillings creating, trashing, 'reforming' then re-trashing institution after institution all to satisfy one man. This has to stop!

See this link - And then click next!!!
