More aptly, do Kenyans love Kenyan? But that is irrelevant. A company like KQ should strive to always be a cut above the rest. Most of the complaints were as a result of communication breakdown.

KQ is the worst Airline ever!!!!!! I have used it twice and I was very disappointed!!! I switched to Ethiopian Airlines which has better service.
While operating any business, Quality and professionalism must be at the forefront. Hii maneno ya kuwa handled as if you are doing yourself a favour ama the Airline is doing you a favour is just annoying. nkt!!!

What kenyans dont know is that more than 70% of KQ passangers are not Kenyans. It could be more. And btw Its almost always full. So fly with whoever you like its a free world.

KQ 117 for example had 301 Pax out of capacity of 322. 93% Full.

Mishaps do happen to Airlines around the World, but for KQ they dont have a LEADER. They mismanaged the incident and made a mess of an otherwise could have been a good PR exercise. Naikuni's stay in KQ is whats ailing them. Everybody is demoralised and time to inject fresh minds is long overdue.
