Diligent self-starter.... No regrets. Tuone next week itakuwa aje..

I agree that the person you employ purely out of gut feeling is the best. Everyone has papers now-a-days most have no idea what the job they are qualified for 'on paper' entail.

The problem is the right people for the job don't stay for long. So I can bet you that very soon you'll start looking again.

BBI will solve it :)

True.A fresher is eager to learn.
The 'know it all' comes with ready options.Very difficult lot to train.
