@alma and @maka,give credible legal arguments why the law should not apply to SK Macharia. Why should the law apply to other media houses even smaller ones, all Kenyans and not Royal Media?Let him face the due process of law otherwise it will be a bad show to the rest.

@mawinder stop pretending it has anything to do with what he may or may not have done legally or illegally.

You have led a crusade on wazua and aren't afraid of stating your deep contempt for not Royal Media but SK

I'm not the one who has used words like "retribution", "revenge", "atatuona" and suggested glee that people from central are turning off the station.

You are just as bad as the Gestapo. Even worse because it is now 2013 and are now trying to pretend that it is all fair and legal.

If you are so concerned about the legal system being seen to work, I suggest you start with the people who burned children in a church in 2007.

If this is the Kenyatta gov't, ole wetu. He has not even been sworn in yet.

I may hate him due to his political stand but I don't see any basis why the law should not take its course and apply to all.If Kenyans were to follow your argument that people who burnt others in church should be prosecuted first, then I can always tell the police when they want to arrest me that they should arrest the arsonists first.Criminals should not be tolerated at all!!!

I'm glad that we have agreed on the reason why you are leading this disorganised campaign.

Please remember that SKM has not been found guilty in a court of law.

If I'm to use your standard of calling him a criminal yet there is no guilty verdict against him, then I propose the following.

Please use the same standard against Uhuru who is in a criminal proceeding in an international court just like Ruto. Don't forget to add Ruto's land case in your analysis.

You can't have your cake and eat it too.

Am eager to see how @mawinder responds to this because this is what I call 9-0 in favour of @alma.

That bit of " criminals should not be tolerated" nails the argument. Talk about your very own argument being used against you ruthlessly.

Ruto is not facing any criminal charges in relation to land in Kenya.Uhuru is already facing charges at the Hague for crimes,SKM should also face charges as he is not above the law.
