I left out some details...a catheter(thin tube)needs to be attached to the syringe and the passengers introduced past the cervix(The correct term for the procedure as done by a gynae would be IUI(Intrauterine Insemination)..but due to the problem being PE it would be better to do it at home..otherwise the gynae would have to give you a private room?

Please read post 1 again its not infertility ! Apparently there is nothing that cannot happen today!
