They have been implementing a new banking system for the last 18 months and it is really chewing their income. Go-Live postponed 5 times.

@Bachuma Gate;why can't they use the tried and tested T24 which has worked very well for KCB and CFC Stanbic or the Branchless Banking System bu Stanchart.
Co-op strategy should then be "They Lead we follow"
