There seems to be a problem here!

TCL trades at a 52% discount to NAV but the trailing PE is 17 and DY of 1%?

This could mean that the group is over-leveraged and too much of the income is skimmed off the topline to pay debt holders.

If the company is doing so well. Shouldn't the shareholders be increasing their stake. The lack of one to three key shareholders only is peculiar.
