Am also fend up with the D&B staff,i try to call them and all they do is to hung up my call.If i write an email,i have to write 3-4 times asking the same thing,b4 they answer me.
The management should do something about it.We as customers and we dont deserve these kind of treatment. They have no courtesy nor good customer care.

I respected this firm until recently...Staff referred me to the online account access - brokeryouknow - the f* thing stopped working a while ago?! this amongst other referrals or mentions that have never been delivered. You have to kiss ass(es) to get service there! until you move on.. Watch out,you may kiss the wrong one and have to do repeat performances!! D&B is basically now full of s*

My Safcom shares ended there by mistake,now not even one single a**hole wants to help sign the CDS 4A

those young dudes in D&B realy realy suck.I wish Captain Jimnah Mbaru could know about this.I am quiting this people vey soon.Anybody with another alternative good stockbroker.Please advise coz D&B sucks.

I have been with CFC for sometime now and I have no complaint. Personalised attention and prompt execution of orders. The Chiromo branch is however the most efficient. Due to its location,it has fewer customers compared with the town branch. Every time I need to buy or sell,I simply send them an email and I immediately get an email confirmation acknowledging the order. Once an order goes through,wonderful Liz Githu always sends me an email with details of the transaction.

i was there juzi and bana the queues at their offices are obscene i know of only like 2 tellers in that whole joint who appeared to give a fk but then again walikuwa wanakaa wanawezwa....i think its the after shocks of safcom...am not going to be running anywhere anytime soon atleast until i see which broker handles this post safcom thing best

Kestrel,here I come!! had decided I wanted to move there partially,now I'm moving my entire portfolio transactioning and money from D&B to Kestrel. Earlier research showed they're above reproach.

Don't have i right to contribute my view,about D&B,?? I've to shout again they have terrible and disastrous services, may be for you,you are one of those big fishes,who are given special attention,lucky you!!!!!!!

Yeah i'll drop a line to Mbaaru or Hassan,hope they will hear a cry of a poor man............

Even here at the coast....things are basically not too good. I dont mean to sound ...biased but priority seems to be given to a certain group of people,based on reli.....
