Reminds me of a case a few years ago where 6 AK47 rifles were recovered in a hostel room at the same university!
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

Hapana!!! It is opening a coffee shop in town and then declaring that it makes 2m in profits everyday and yet the money is from the Gulf of Eden! When we later realize you have 1 billion in your account, there are no questions where it came from. It is 1.5yrs of profits from you coffee shop in town - which serves 50 customers the whole day!!!

But I'm sure you knew this!
