@ ubuntu - what exactly are you looking for, please shed more light to get info you need.

From what you have posted I assume you are looking for a contractor.

Guy,this is worth checking out - a ready made solution from HFCK - either as mortgage or you pay cash and they commit to their prices, which seem pretty good (not sure if it includes taxes) but have a look - some PDFs of solutions near the end of this page

@ubuntu - a more feasible arrangement would be reimbursing the contractor at pre determined stages as opposed to after completion of the work.

Anybody who goes with the latter option will make you pay through the nose.

Drop a mail to info@modelsandrenders.com with all the details and requirements you need and also for you to be forwarded the contacts of contractors(agreeable to the arrangement)

I am of the assumption that you have all the drawings and approvals.

@ All

Please shed light on how you go about construction of residential properties in areas where you cannot get council's (read NCC) approval due to lack of a title deed to accompany your plans. In this case, the seller gave you a 'ownership certificate' pending the processing of the titles for sub-divided plots. Also, its not that you are the first to construct in the area, the neighbourhood is full of mansions and bungalows and none has a title.

A common situation in areas such as Kitengela,Athi river,Ruai,Utawala,Syokimau,Thika,Ruiru etc.

Those with experience,kindly share
