This results have lost meaning, thats why kplc share has dropped below rights to a low of 16.50 and the brother kengen stagnating far below ipo price...delay of results is the first sign of no confidence and corrupt practices.

What law have they broken??? have they exceeded the time given to them for releasing results??

Whats all the fuss about??

kplc normaly releases results around 20th to 30th oct. so does kengen

Kenya Power & Lighting ann'ced a final dividend of shs.5.00 on 24-Sep-2010. Books closure 08-Nov-2010. Payment 15-Dec-2010

This september thing was a one time announcement because of the rights issue that was held in dec 2010..

otherwise check your facts and notice KPLC always announce their results in mid-late october every year without fail..

in 2009 the kengen CEO said they would maintain the 50cents dividend for the foreseeable future.. so expect 50cents and no more..

KPLC will most likely pay 65cents or 90cents..

Oh really now? Super! Just thought how Konza City will demand another 300MW-500MW to run both directly & in-directly.. Good stuff. Then just keep KGN at below 10 please. Btw, GoK is already on a roadshow abroad, in the UK for Konza. 1st presentation was on 7th Oct. smile

I just have this eerily feeling KEGN will pay 0.50 cents. as indicated by madam.

Talking about dividends- unga's is 0.75!!!!! yield is 7.5%. mumias' is 0.50!! yield is 7.7%. but no-one is interested.
