@real cindano Nakuru is a strategically located town. you can access Nairobi eldoret kisumu nanyuki nyahururu among so many other towns within 4hours. There many ppl living in Nakuru and work in Nairobi commuting daily. mark you land prices are relatively lower than Nairobi. A variety of facilities are readily available from recreational to education. It's Nax Vegaz.

3m is on the higher side..pipeline 1/8 goes for btwn 800k-1.6m depending on exact location. Naka 1/4 goes for 6.5-7m..whitehouse eastmore ,and saint marys 1/8 goes for btwn 2.2-4m. tea
