My problem was with payments, had to pay only at their offices, a damn inconvenience. They have since told me that they have an mpesa business number - 320320, I intend to try it next month. Going by comments here, i think ive been lucky, i've actually like their customer support when i had a querry (not a problem), the internet is fast the ping is great. online gaming even with the slowest package. And yes I also get my invoice by email like 2 wks before due date. Also the option to pay with mpesa works. Im a satisfied customer.... for now The investor's chief problem - and even his worst enemy - is likely to be himself
