@Propertyzote

In the society, we have four classes of people in any set up of a community ie., nation, academia, matatu sector, a primary sch class etc. It happens without saying and cannot be changed.

1. The helpless. Even after taking precautions, insurance, protection, security etc, finds himself a victim of circumstances beyond his control. We are helpless when faced with carjackers, rogue police officers or a beautiful lady whose aim is to drug you and rob you.

2. The bandits. Steal, con, swindle, uses deceit , lies, robbery, political power, nepotism, etc to get something from others instead of earning it ethically through hard work.

3. The stupid. Always a victim even when he could have taken caution to avoid the misery. His actions do not lead to gain on his part nor on the society. Actually, they lead to loss for both parties. These are the fodder for bandits and the helpless.

4. The intelligent. They pass on the secrets of life to their children and posterity. They create money to enslave the world without footing Food, Shelter and Clothing for the slaves as would a physical slave owner.

Adapted from "The level of Incompetence Redefined"

So don't feel sorry for stupidity. That is how things are supposed to be. That is why we have religion, opium, and politics.

Did you know that what kids are taught in Brookhouse School is very different from what Sunshine High students get?

One lot is taught to follow instructions to perfection thus grows to be a follower, a sheep, a slave. Another lot is taught how to think through a problem, identify many solutions, and settle on the most effective and sensible one thus grows to be a leader.

Do you know how the Pull or Push Principle operates in a hierarchy as concerns promotion? I mean, there are things I wish my father knew and taught me. I would have built a serious empire by now.

Ever heard that stupidity runs in the family?

That boy from Kabarak High who was number one is not the most intelligent boy in his lot. Given an option, I would not allow him to marry my daughter but would not hesitate if he wanted my sister or mother.

Actually, academically, he is good but he might be as stupid as your neighborhood kamjoro intellectually.

Thanks For Sport, you gave me a reason to revisit some issues I had filed away.

Came across this information online and went to see the land where construction is to take place. Followed up with some due dilligence on the land and the company behing the Tropical greens Estate

1. Currently they are not the legal owners of the land
2. They claimed to be in the process of the land transfer
3. A look at KRA for thier details revealed one of the Id numbers of the partners apparently belongs to a whole other person
4. Have been hesitant to reveal details of how the land process is going and when construction begins.

Now 2.1 million is a good price but my advise is get the dealing done through a reputable lawyer who can make sure you have a way of getting your deposit was the deal to go south. In my opinion counting thier location the deal is too good and when the deal is too good you do need to think twice.

This information.....jeeez gives a person some goosebumps. This needs to be checked properly. 2.1m is cheap compared to the location of the houses. Rongai is far a distance compared and the houses range from between 3.5m-5m. Don't u think it says a lot?????!!!!!
