Selling land is not the hardest thing.What is hard is getting genuine land at a bargain.You have had of double titles for land.
I bought from the teachers sacco group and asked the officials how do they know the land they buy at the Ruiru Bypass is genuine land as there conmen all over.
They showed be so many old documents like wornout receipts and ballot etc.They told me getting the title is not enough you even have to change the ownership not only at the lands department but also at the mother buying company.
Am telling you its hectic and chances of losing out are usually real.The Ruiru bypass area has a lot of potential its still a bit hidden any investor check out.githukusm@yahoo.com
