Is there such a term like oversold on oversold
he he hee. could be extremely oversold. feel like mortgaging the house or sell the farm . do your due diligence. After testing the low at 72 last week with a VWAP of 79.50 the price has reacted. If VWAP closes at the current price of 82 this will be the second positive reaction in the 14 week interval of losses!!! Excessively oversold. This has to reset. Hi hisah. I agree with you on retest.(what I call confirmation) A close >93 will be important. my notes on the chart best wishes Getting ready for the reversal...$15/barrel oil... THOUGHT OF THE DAY Quote: welcome to the hardest game in the world. Unfortunately, you're playing with some of the sharpest, fastest, most intelligent, well-informed, stubbornly irrational and in many cases, unethical minds in the world.
You're up against the computer that can react faster than you. The trader who has more experience than you. The fund that has more money than you. The insider that has more information than you. The others that will misinform you. The inner voice that will do its best to undo you.
So, leave all your dreams of making quick and easy money, behind.
The first aim is survival. Your absolute first goal is to learn how to stay in the game.
You can only do this by mapping the territory. By understanding how the enemy thinks and acts. By having a solid game plan. And by picking your battles very, very carefully.
Ready to play?
there's no better time to buy stocks that are declining because of other reasons other than company performance. even nse chief thinks so. http://www.businessdaily...4682-tqugxxz/index.html
He would say so even when the market was peaking. He makes money up or down as long as folks trade. A market that CLIMBS without many trades isn't for him either. He doesn't care if the market trends down BUT folks are trading... that's OK by him. What hurts him is the dearth of trades. Greedy when others are fearful. Very fearful when others are greedy - to paraphrase Warren Buffett

welcome muandiwambeu. I don't mind. Will post the reviews. In my humble opinion, do not engage SCOM unless price is between 17.5 and 18. More details to follow. In the meantime check page 17 post 322. feel free to post. cheers mate. SCOM UPDATE: Almost there... let the market come to us update. two expectation already met. waiting patiently for the last one... Potential last small downward wave. expecting fireworks on the volume data box baby steps.... prepare your soldiers to buy value. Our target still valid but do you due diligence. I wont be surprised if I see spikes of volume or price or both(as from today 5th January 2017). cheers mates Watching the price action intraday. Wide demand spread between 17.10 and 18.70. The market is giving a nice signal while testing for supply... 25M shares traded today. 9.52M bid at 18.50 checks in as trading session comes to a close. Foreigners on the bid side. This might be the first new year's gift. More to follow. Actually +28M VOLUME traded by close of business. Squinting at 18 and power of pivot. @ hisah.a quick newbie like question. how do you tell foreigners are on the bid side? DISCLAIMER This analysis is designed to inform you on the counter direction. THOUGHT OF THE DAY:If you are unable to trade without the slightest bit of emotional discomfort (specifically, fear), then you have not learned how to accept the risks inherent in trading. This is a big problem, because to whatever degree you haven't accepted the risk, is the same degree to which you will avoid the risk. Trying to avoid something that is unavoidable will have disastrous effects on your ability to trade successfully. best wishes.
