They only needed 13% of the floating shares to meet the target as the non-trading shares make up 62%. My broker has been on my case from thursday last week urging me to throw in the towel, they even want to send someone to personally collect the signed form, now i know that they are being paid to ensure the sale goes through.
Anyway as stated elsewhere on Wazua they might have already got the 75%, sad for me......

Still not interested with the offer. Will be delisted with those few shares. $15/barrel oil... The commodities lehman moment arrives as well as Sovereign debt volcano!
