Sacked? I think the right term is termination of services. You can't sack someone who does no work,does not report to work, is working elsewhere and the few who hang on,earned last in January of 2018. I also suspect the RM does not know the exact number of employees hence that blanket memo.

The factory itself is in a poor state of repairs and maintenance. Workers je, or the sugarcane will mill itself....
