Its tough for City now with Everton waiting for them.

And with Yaya Toure out thru injury, i see City dropping points at Goodison Park.
Methinks the Liverpool-Chelsea game will be the title decider, with the winner taking the trophy. A draw could see City nick it.

Great game. Now only Chelsie stands between Liverpool and the trophy.

I would prefer city as Liverpool will edge closer to our record and also with City winning, it should make our derbies really fierce of which I will enjoy.

Sometimes I wonder why people fight the inevitable.

This year is red, white and blue.

Bayern, Real and Chelsea

Guess its only Atletico which can spoil the party.

By the way, I bet $200 on the winners of each league at the beginning of the season including the EPL. With my winnings, I'll buy an extra icecream for sheri.

Isn't it ironical that Kompany was the talking point before the game about how his absence would have greatly affected Man City but his presence ended up contributing to City's downfall?

The match lived up to the billing however. Any football fan will agree that Stevie G really does deserve that elusive Premier League trophy but I stand by the fact that it will be very uncomfortable for Utd to have Liverpool breathing down our necks with a 19th title, especially considering the fact that we may not be title contenders next season as well.

The next title decider will be Chelsea at Anfield but I have a feeling points will be dropped irrespective...

ION, no comments on goon squad narrow escape to the finals??? A title finally beckons!!!

Okombeless ends for us at Arsenal with FA cup 2014, we will thrash that Hull in the finals 4:1.

Okombeless and dry spell starts for Man Useless! Year 1 gone.

Chelsea....87 pts
L'pool.....89 pts
Man City...88 pts

That is the maximum number of points that the top 3 teams can get if they win their remaining games. If Chelsea beat L'pool at anfield Man City will still be favorites because even a draw against Everton be good enough because their goal difference is superior to Chelsea's.... a win would probably secure the title. I think they will win all their remaining fixtures especially if Aguero regains full fitness.

The only team that can stop City from winning is L'pool, for Chelsea its probably out of their hands. They also have to face Atletico away in the CL S/F a few days before the match at Anfield.

@Smano....I would actually prefer FA cup win to 4th place finish. We need to put an end to this trophy drought and all the pressure that comes with it. May 17th is quite far, i expect all of our injured players (apart from Walcott) to be back for the finale.....hata Diaby smile . I watched the Hull match yesterday and they were not really that impressive, If Shefield Utd were strong enough they would have beaten them. Wigan are a really good side, hope they make it back to the EPL through the play-offs.
