Fumes brother, fumes. Today it did 100 shares, the lowest number of shares you can trade openly. Do you know why? How? It has been trading volumes of 100.I am surprised why someone had to sneak the discussion of KORCH in this thread “The pessimist complains about the wind; the optimist expects it to change; the realist adjusts the sails.”

http://www.businessdailyafrica.com/High-demand-lifts-NSE--Equity-shares/-/539552/2453430/-/15i33v3/-/index.html"Foreign investors have mainly dominated the stock market, but local investors have started buying as share prices go up." The nse bit is cast into the water, the final push for three year bull is on, and will end with a style as panic buying will cause many stocks to print all time high There are only two emotions in the stock market, fear and hope. The problem is, you hope when you should fear and fear when you should hope

sellers market To think people are happily buying some stocks at those prices is scary to say the least. I fear for them The investor's chief problem - and even his worst enemy - is likely to be himself

Looks like we are headed back to 2007 when you couldn't find a stock with P/E of less than 20 “Invest in yourself. Your career is the engine of your wealth.”

I wonder if we will see any property threads in the next equities discount window with CGT in place.
@kyt - KES down, NSE up is an equation waiting for a proper resolution. No need to stress over it. Add the referendum drama and the cocktail becomes a strong punch. Wake up call must come to the irrational mr market as a nasty hangover period ensues.

Who will tell us what is happening? The market is at a high but the truth is nobody knows how high is high so make your own judgment call.

Who will tell us what is happening? The market can remain irrational much longer than expected. But what's the point of buying at lofty highs backed by greed only? Econ fundies will revert mr market back to earth. When? That's the tricky part. But this is a sellers market and offloading is what makes sense to me since Nov 2013.
Very few value counters around for one to buy.
Last time I saw centum, equity and kcb rally this hard was back in 2005-2007...What happened next everyone knows...
