Watchout for the following price points 9:35, 9.8 , 10.00. Strength of any Rally will be determined by how strongly these pegs are surpassed. I've watched this share for a long time and I'm almost certain that its preparing to make a major jump soon. in the short term at least. this coniciding with results and low crude oil prices bodes very well for the kk faithful. I support your thinking, positive outlook will trigger fireworks "Don't let the fear of losing be greater than the excitement of winning."

One Month to go for most of the stocks and we will know which stock is good at end of Dec. to buy more with Xmas Bonuses. we are in a low season dec - Jan and it might revisit 8s again unless some good news pop up, but once it leaves the stage in Jan it will not turn back again I have set some cash aside just in case an 8s prints. That will give a guaranteed 20% return into 2015. Loaded a few last week @8.65. Waiting for next drop to scoop some more. Time is money, so money is time. Money saved is time gained in reverse! If the 1H results are anything to go by, KK will make/show a profit that is significantly better than 2013. The key is not 2014 but 2015. Low(er) oil prices means a significantly lower cost of financing... And the margin is fixed at 6/- per liter. How long will prices stay low in 2015? Sale of assets = cash inflow = lower debt Greedy when others are fearful. Very fearful when others are greedy - to paraphrase Warren Buffett

There comes a time (due to good news or expectations) when most shareholders have no appetite to sell. Price shoots up! That is the principle OPEC operates on. They know they are powerless when it comes to demand side. What they have is control on supply. The principle is replicated all over. Even in consumer goods. More often than not we pay more for consumer goods not because of increased demand but because of reduced supply! Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

Mumias is currently trading at p/e of 1.8 after the recent rally. kenolkobil at the current p/e of 25 seems too highly priced compared to the other industry player at 13. and you also know the sellers of thing never seem to tire. Though of course if they were to increase dividend kk would be a good buy. ,

Remember also KK has been improving its bottom line so it will perform better. If you don't want to go to plan B have a good plan A.

After a 2yrs wait leaving prematurely is not an option besides in the NSE every dog has its day. look at orchards and mumias and some of those are even dead dogs....
