Summarise bwana! 3 hours haiwesmake!!!

My key takeaways...

- He believes that KCB is still the number one bank irrespective of what is on media
- He conceded somewhat that NBK was a rubbish buy but they are committed to correcting things
- He believes they were right to make increased provisons when they did and that other bank are only now just catching on
- The guy really knows (and belives in) his people. His presentation is littered with shout outs to all the boys and girls leading various depts/initiatives
- I get the sense he feels a tremendous responsibility to shareholders and past management (perhaps not immediate) to steer the ship right
- He tried to dilute the perception that KCB and GoK are bedmates....and then later concedes that proximity to GoK is a comparative advanatage
- Believes that the market is unjustly spooked and is not reflecting anywhere near the true value of KCB. Several slides that compare KCB with peers - market cap vs shareholder funds

Thank you Sir. Very nice summary.
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

From ABSA going downwards those projections are fake.
Absa Q1 PBT was ksh.6.5bn,how then does HY become ksh.9.6
Similarly for NCBA,Stanbic,Stanchart etc.
Looks like guesswork with no fundamentals being done here.

Ofcourse it's guesswork! Come up with your own accurate forecast and place it here we compare and contrast

Stanbic is in today. Please update.

Stanbic HY PAT 6.7B
