First the marketing of this service is very poor if many educated Kenyans don't know how it works how about the wanjikus?

they were misreporting to CA they and equitel, active simcards is what should be reported.
Noted a huge drop in safaricom postpay subscribers and a jump in number porting, has prepay gotten cheaper than postpay.

Another case of banks wanting to hang on to inefficient stuff to maintain their revenues. Why should a bank to bank transfer of even 3k need to be cleared in 2 days as with RTGS? Banks will have to adapt and be efficient.

By the way does anyone know what the technology behind Pesalink is?... is it Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT)?

Pesalink is wonderful guys.

Most banks have it on their mobile banking. Quite easy to use.

My problem with them is that they don't send me the reference unique transaction number like the mpessa reference number,this is good for follow up.
