@murchr...land is purchased using kes 1 B tax payers money.

This makes Ministry of Information the defacto client.

How come consultants have to again work under a foreign Worldbank/IFC Body?

Whats Worldbnk/IFC s tangible input in all this to deserve such a lead role?

May be you need to speak to Ndemo. The IFC is doing it on behalf of MoIC ( Ministry of Information and Communication)

@Chaka..i havent been seeing the Konza ads lately..maybe they are advertising elsewhere where i cant see...neither have i heard of any ground breaking ceremony. . .

Ndemo should first work on making sure that Sameer park along Mombasa road is full and occupied to the capacity,otherwise Konza is just day dream. One year after the completion of the building,not even an 1/16th is occupied,am not a shareholder there or got interests in the firm but,that ought to be a barometer that Konza will ever materialize.
This is just like another commission of bla bla that the government forms and they never see light of the day.
