I know this transaction only too well and two things to note:
1. Anthony Mwaura is not the buyer;
2. If you own HF shares, buy more as the buyer will be making a full acquisition and delisting HF in not too long.

I hope Kenyans have now learnt the painful lesson - that if you see someone selling you a dynasty vs hustlers narrative, chances are they want to use you to become dynasties.
