There was no way the Robinow brothers were going to give up.What if they stuck to their guns;even if centum convinces the other shareholders;Robinow have 57%. Robinow brothers just gave Centum a soft landing and the deal according to me has no material effect on the share price. Add to the mix centum lack the necessary funds to undertake the takeover having committed their money elsewhere in two rivers and amu power. Perhaps the premium of getting the deal to go through to acquire the 9,646 acres at 180K per acre. Time is money, so money is time. Money saved is time gained in reverse! Money stores your life’s energy. You expend your energy, get paid money, and store that money for a future purchase made in a currency.

Depends where the 900 acres are. If they are closer to the road or is improved e.g. has boreholes, etc... Greedy when others are fearful.
