So what did mbuvi say I didn't watch it but I bet the usual stuff which @Obiero can confirm 1) Ebola. 2) Travel warnings. 3) New strategy. 4) Lower costs. 5) Vision 2030. 6) Hedges are good. 7) Volatility of fuel prices. 8) Competition copied us. I am staying far away. I can buy KK at 9/- ... and I'd rather buy KK than KQ. @vvs for once I agree with you after quit some different opinionated views earlier . I'd rather do kk when it's 10 than kq at 5 bob Surprisingly he smooth talked himself around the questions talking strategy & business focus without blaming so much the usual issues. He has asked for 18 months normalization/recovery period & back to good business in the 'long term'. He did not mention even once, the following: 1) Ebola. 4) Lower costs. 5) Vision 2030. 6) Hedges are good. 7) Volatility of fuel prices. 8) Competition copied us. In brief, he talked firmly about staff productivity, customer centricity, OTP, accounting on the P&L, ticket pricing, KALPA.. The gentleman has acute awarness of what went wrong and they are fixing the issues. @ann he actually said 12-18 months upon which KQ will rise like the proverbial phoenix.. COOP, IMH, KEGN, KQ, MTNU

As an esteemed Flying Blue member (was once a Platinum, but do I say) I got this missive in the mail:
Dear Sir, Madam, I am sure that like all of us, you were shocked by the events that took place at the end of Air France’s Central Works Council meeting last Monday. What we all saw does not represent Air France. These violent acts were the work of isolated individuals and do not reflect the reality nor the ambition of your airline. Furthermore, these events did not disrupt our flights in any way. In a highly competitive world, Air France needs to take brave steps to ensure its future as a leading airline with global ambitions. As you've no doubt noticed when you travel with us, Air France is committed to an unprecedented transformation of its products and services. Our goal is simple: to offer you a high quality product, with a French touch that makes us stand out. We will continue to do this. We are doing all we can to earn your trust and look forward to welcoming you again soon on one of our flights. Frédéric Gagey and the teams at Air France
