Law Capping interest rates

I recently got a bank loan at very easily at 14%.who says banks are not lending? this capping should remain.just keep a good credit rating.. bank will be looking for you.

It should be mercenary. The problem emanates from attending shithole schools where a young bugger used to receive instructions under a tree inside squalid makeshift structures.
