Our southern neighbour thinks Corona cannnot spread in churches & mosques. This is where people need to go for healing.

Corona which is Satan cannot survive in holy communion elements

One good action Magufuli took is to block Tanzanian officials from frivolous foreign trips.

In Kenya we have a deputy governor in Kilifi who travelled to Germany just so he could get his per-diem. There was no valid reason to travel. Then he came back and infected people by refusing to self isolate.

I think it makes sense to lock down Rwanda style for 2 weeks. Then we start afresh.

But even thereafter no international flights till things settle down in Europe/US

Rwanda has 17 new cases. Total 36

3 of these new cases are imported from Kenya.

Other measures needed were not hearing often 1) discourage visits to elderly parents/ grand parents 2) encourage opening of windows for all buildings public and domestic / public vehicle 3) Avoid overcrowding in lifts 4) encourage use of masks where possible 5) don't stay home if infected- go to isolation center
