After interviewing witnesses, visiting the site and reviewing the autopsy report, it seems there is a possibility that the controversial businessman was not killed in his car at all; that he may have been killed elsewhere, his body placed in his car and the vehicle pushed to the side of the road to create the perfect crime scene.

His bullet wounds were also inconsistent with claims that the murder victim was shot while sitting in the driver’s seat.

Police reports said an officer stationed at a nearby construction site was approached by two men who told him they had seen a stalled vehicle.

The guards at the two construction sites in the area told the Nation there was no police officer at their sites that night.

If Juma was abducted and then shot, why would his attackers bandage his wounds? If they intended to kill him, why try to stop the bleeding? Did they have a change of mind?

The bandages and their significance appear to be some of the clues in the investigation that homicide detectives are unable to explain.

He said the tow team arrived at the scene a few minutes past 10pm but were not allowed near the vehicle for over an hour.

“The engine was off when I went inside the car. There was very little blood on the driver’s seat while there was some blood on the passenger side. The blood appeared smeared,” recalled the attendant, only identified as Joshua.

Those articles are so contradictory in themselves.Apparently its also interesting to note the are written by one Nyambega Gisesa and published by the Daily Nation.

She innocently outed herself in that conversation with the taxi man. But in all fairness, KTN and those wannabes investigative jonalists should not have used her full name and picture on national TV. In this day and age when your digital presence is everything, this is the lowest this TV station has hit.

THis girl is young and naive. She revealed too much to somebody she had met only once.

I think the taxi driver's conduct is very suspect. His questions sounds like an interrogation, asking for very specific details, especially time. It's like he wanted to either cover himself or fix the lady; that he recorded the conversation creates even more suspicion.
The poor lady had no idea she was being recorded, she was shaken and this was the only person who knew about her escapade with Juma; most likely the guy sourced girls for him She had no choice but pour herself out...

Now that I think about it, I think this lady was a professional fish from Simmers, that's why she was dropped at Trattoria so that she can cross the road and go back to Simmers. Having said that I highly doubt her reputation is in tatters because kama ni wale wa Simmers level, those girls are don't-cares of the highest order.

The exposure of Cheryl Kitonga could be a blessing in disguise. This coming in the backdrop of a report showing that 65% of the youth think it is okay to have a sponsor regardless of whether one is in a relationship.
She made her bed so let her lie in it.The youth need to know that there are consequences for every action.
If you choose to sleep with old men for money there are consequences. The shame and embarrassment is a consequence of her stupidity. She made her bed, let her sleep in it.

That Moha guy should be sued. That girl has been messed up by his insensitive, irresponsible journalism. None of us is the moral police to judge and crucify based on preconceived notions of right and wrong. He should be sued and made to pay for causing "grievous psychological harm"!
